The Bouncing Souls

Hailing from New Brunswick, N.J., the punk quartet Bouncing Souls formed in 1989 and slowly built a loyal East Coast following with their energetic, streetwise music and penchant for BMXing, argyle, and all things '80s.

In recent years the tattooed foursome has gained a reputation for non-stop touring, practically living out of their van for nearly three years. After releasing two acclaimed albums on BYO Records -- 1994's The Good, the Bad and the Argyle and 1996's Maniacal Laughter -- the 'Souls signed to Epitaph, who released released their 1997 self-titled LP.
